The one upshot to 8 years of Governor Bush and gang's hamfisted reign is that everyone (except die-hard Republicans, but then again, what sane person cares what they think?) is really, really happy to see Obama. Despite my cynicism, given who the biggest sponsors for the presidential campaign were, I'm kinda glad for the cool black guy in the White House, too. And though I'm perfectly aware that things are going to get worse before they get better, I'm quite optimistic that, no matter what happens, Obama will actually sally forth on the best possible course of action. On top of that, you just can't put down a prez with mad ninja skillz:
